Ron Wall, Jr.

Director, Bus Operations

Ron Wall is Director of Bus Operations for Vectour Group.  He has worked with Vectour Group since its founding in 2007, originally as its outside counsel, and then joined the team full time in March of 2009.  As part of his job duties, Ron oversees all contract issues and attends to any legal matters involving International Trailways.  Outside of his legal duties, he is responsible for equipment procurement and business development, as well as assisting in operations for various events managed by Vectour Group.  He is also assisting in the development of all international business opportunities.  For the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, Ron managed the licensing, permitting and accreditation of over 500 coaches, 58 coach companies and 1,000 drivers to operate legally in British Columbia.  He also managed the border crossing from the United States into Canada of all coaches and drivers, believed to be the single largest transfer of coach equipment and drivers in the history of either country.

Prior to his work with Vectour Group, Ron was in private practice as a lawyer in Birmingham, Alabama for fifteen (15) years, working in civil litigation as a trial attorney involving all types of civil litigation, including automobile and premises liability, workers compensation, fraud, and insurance litigation.  The other part of his practice involved commercial law, including business formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial disputes.  Ron has a business degree from Tulane University and a law degree from the University of Alabama.
